Robert Anton Wilson dead

Robert Anton Wilson died early this morning. According to Wikipedia, he "was an American novelist, essayist, philosopher, psychologist, futurologist, anarchist, and conspiracy theory researcher." Now I have to read The Illuminatus! Trilogy by the end of this year. (via bb)

I just finished it and was rather so-so about the experience. Read at your own risk.

I affirmatively disliked the Illuminatus Triology. I don't know why I even bothered to finish it.

Geez, well is there something else by RAW I should read? Or do you guys just not like RAW?

It was something of a struggle to finish it. It was, however, the only book of his that I read, so I can't give any better recommendations.

You should check with our mutual friend named after a Mexican food product because I think he read it and liked it. Maybe he can provide better advice on the matter.
