I don't know if I have ever seen one of those water dispensers where
water is spewing out as you put it on... anyhow, what is the deal
with the circus music in that segment anyway? It makes you all seem
a little silly I think.

I think my favorite part (aside from seeing you, of course) is the shot of Commissioner Tom Collins shooting a sneaky sidelong glance from behind his monitor at his fellow commissioners while Neal was making his statement. Priceless.
it's like there should be pink panther music on in the background, with tom collins wearing a bowler.
That was great! is that your official job? --I thought you did computer stuff. but nonetheless, it was good to see you (and looking all professional and shit, might I add!)
