i once saw them do a card trick using a fork lift and giant sheet metal playing cards. if that's not special, what is?

I saw them do a card trick that involved them rigging an entire beach full of people for a full day. It wasn't even a trick, really. They would stand on a beach and then have someone pick a card from a deck of cards. That person would then show Penn and Teller their card and the guys would produce a version of that card on the beach. It might fall out of a palm tree, or be painted on a girl's stomach, or come along on a drink tray or something. The trick was that they had all 52 cards hidden around the beach, and just made people stand around all day so that they could whip out an image of card every few minutes.

The really amazing part about the whole thing was that they were able to remember where 52 different card were hidden on a beach. That's really hard.

and if i recall, that was the whole point: they had tons and tons and tons of footage of them getting the wrong card to appear, and they showed it. minutes after they showed the trick. they're fun like that.
