Love
The Las Vegas Sun provides an early glimpse of "Love," the fifth and newest Cirque du Soleil show here in Las Vegas (the other four are still running), replacing two gay men and white tigers at The Mirage. The show is soundtracked by a 90-minute mix of Beatle's music produced by George Martin himself, and will evidently feature plenty of psychedelic Beatlemania. I have discount tickets to see it in previews in a few weeks.
Update: The Movable Buffet has more.

two gay men leave, many more gay men take their place...
"Some hard-core Beatles purists - those who still groom with "I Love George" pocket combs - will not like new versions of old classics, but from here the production shows a lot of ¦ well, you know."
no, i don't know. even in context. what am i missing?
love?
oh. i guess so, huh? lame.
Never been a big Cirque du Soleil fan. Granted I have never seen one of their shows live, but I saw either an imax or 3d or somesuch movie of theirs at the Smithsonian. It was silly and goofy yet uber pretentsious at the same time. It gave me a headache and I think I almost fell asleep.
They're just trying to capitalize on the huge smash hit, Big Love. This is a cheap knock-off.
That being said, I haven't watched last week's episode yet, so nobody actually start discussing the content of Big Love.
