Do They Know It's Hallowe'en?
"Indie" musicians such as Arcade Fire, Beck, and Davendra Banhart mock "Do They Know It's Christmas?" with "Do They Know It's Hallowe'en?" Includes a video, which is arguably better than the song. This has been around for a few weeks now, but I was waiting for the right time to post -- i.e., the day before All Saint's Day! The day after Cabbage Night! Oh, and I think David Cross has the most recognizable voice than anyone else currently living.
<<< Actually, what meets the eye is fairly accurate Cemetary Man >>>

Thank god, I've always found the Do They Know It's Christmas song unbelievably insulting. I don't know what self-centered fools ever thought that was a good idea.
"Those dumb savages don't even know it's Christmas! They're starving to death when they should be decorating a tree. Let's send them some mistletoe!"
I know that's not the point of the song, but that's how it reads.
i'm gonna miss giving out candy on your old street. also i'm currently missing obscure game night.
Obscure Games Night has been replaced by "Reading lots of books" night... and it's every night!
Ugh.
out here, people think Obscure Games Night means Single Deck Blackjack.
dude, don't hate on "do they know it's christmas." that song did more to feed hungry people than you ever did.
for example, you never once let me have any cinnamon toast crunch, you bastard.
