Give 'Em Hell Harry.com
Harry Reid, my new senior Senator, has become the first congressional leader with a blog: giveemhellharry.com. The first few posts indicate that he won't so much be giving them hell as much as giving them the usual detail- and reason-free partisan complaints. C'mon, Harry, check out some good political blogs and give 'em real hell.
Note that we started blogging around the same date -- who will stand the test of time?

I find it very disturbing that Harry Reid has said that Roland Burris will be barred from taking his seat in the U.S. Senate. He was legally appointed by the Illinois Govenor who has not yet been impeached or removed from office. The Govenor's problems are not Burris's problems. To deny burris is to shoot the Democratic senate in the foot at a time Democrats need all the votes in the senate they can get. Even delaying seating of Burris will rob him of senority. Don't judge the appointed by the appointer.
