And... Las Vegas

I plan to write a bit here and there about my experiences in this strange city of Las Vegas, just as a warning. We've already encountered a "professional" poker player at a dinner party who claimed that Bush is a reptilian changeling after spouting Illuminati conspiracies; seen slot machines at our neighborhood gas station, grocery stores, etc.; and visited a furniture store the size of a warehouse run by a Tommy Chong lookalike and staffed by >15 Mexican (likely) illegals overseen by two roving guys on Segways. More to come.

impressive beginning....that's a whole lot of posts for just getting going. tasteful design too. what is your setup? (i.e. who's your carrier, how much do you pay, etc)?
i'm using wordpress, with which i became acquainted while at the berkman center. i'm using bluehost as my hosting company since they have an automatic wordpress installer and i didn't want to bother setting it up (although i'm sure it's not so hard). i paid around $90 for the domain name and a year's worth of hosting. i have no idea how that compares with market prices, since i picked the top recommended host by wordpress w/ little comparison shopping, but it still comes out to
there something funny about illuminati consiracy theorists. the keep popping up in the strangest of places: waitomo, nz; las vegas, nv. should i start worrying about a new world order--an order run by people on segways? few things scare me more.
oh, you should worry. by the way, it all comes from Harold Icke: http://www.davidicke.com/.
and, yes, he IS qualified to lead a religion: an ex-football player who one day started wearing turquoise.
Your spam comments are hilarious.
Unless, of course, this post was bumped intentionally, in which case -- I apologize for my presumptuousness, Vistor445.
Hmm, I think I'll change the recent comments block to exclude comments from posts that are over a month old. That will highly reduce the temporary spam that appears there.
