That reminds me of this story I once heard while I was not getting high- told to me by a slightly crazy woman who may or may not have been telling the whole truth, I might add. Maybe more than slightly... anyway: I guess her family had some money (not I guess, actually: her apartment bore many a money mark), and so somehow she was at some party with her father in Jackson Hole, where was also Dick Cheney. The punchline is that when her father went to introduce them, she preempted the formality with an i-know-who-you-are-already-"Hello, Mr. Cheney." To which he allegedly responded, "Call me Dick."
