50 Years of Dining on the Las Vegas Strip

UNLV's Center for Gaming Research has an online exhibit called 50 Years of Dining on the Las Vegas Strip, featuring Vegas restaurant menus from the past 50 years. I love how the restaurant Bacchanal in Caesar's Place used Latin in their menus.
